Congress and Senate memebers should not be allowed to serve more than 3 terms in office. Just like the President isn't allowed to serve more than 2 terms, the legislative body should also follow suite. The longer a member sits in office the more complacent they become and less likely to help thier districts to solve critical problems in the government. Mandatory term limits makes them want to act on behalf of the people if they seek reelection. Term limits also gives the oppertunity for people who have the drive to a make change, a chance to do so.
