Give congressman and chairman Jason Chaffetz the security clearance he needs to view Hillary Clintons emails

I think if a sitting chairman of the oversight committee cant get a high enough security clearance to nust view these emails then the fbi director comey, attorney general lynch and and hillary should be arrested.
