The public school system is failing. The USA is falling behind several countries in our education. It is time for something to be done. The federal government cannot and will not do anything. Actually, the problem is that it is under federal government control. The federal government keeps pumping money into a broken system run by the teachers' unions. It is necessary to turn public education over to the states with the hope of education one day becoming a free market.
