GIVE CONTROL TO THE TAX PAYING CITIZEN OF HOW THEIR TAX MONEY IS SPENT, VIA CATEGORIES AND PERCENTAGES IN THEIR TAX FORM

Americans are heavilty taxed, from federal income tax, to employment tax, property tax, gas tax, sales tax, and in some cases state and city taxes. It is only fair for the citizen to be able to direct their tax money to the categories / benefit they see fit until it reaches 100% of your tax bill. For instance, if you pay 10,000 in taxes, you should be able to say 25% to Education, 25% to defense, 10% to research, 10% to medical, and 30% to deficit. I believe this is necessary because congress no longer translates the needs of the common citizens into legislation, given the heavy influence corporations and finances have. The CITIZEN should thus limit their abilities by dictating where the money goes!
