give convicted felons life in prison. For the fact they can do what they did once again if given parole or bail.

My position is an accident that happened near my friends street. A young woman was raped and beaten in an alley. This concerns me because the person that did this horrible action was a convicted felon that was on parole. As well as it concerns many rape victims may be scared because the person that did it may have gotten parole and is walking the streets. This scares the victims because they might be targeted again for the same crime.
