The shameful disregard of congress regarding the Sandy disaster in NY and NJ. feels more and more that the enemy of the people is the congress.
The "compromise" to avoid the fiscal cliff is also demoralizing.Why not let go off the cliff and address the issue from scratch? Enough with semi-measure solutions, aimed only at protecting individuals in congress, not at solving the fundamental problems of our nation. Is the president forced to swim upstream on everything?
