Any petitioner or supporter who signs such petitions that attack ANY Amendment of the United States Constitution or thereof, ignore ANY Amendment be given a college level government class teaching what the Constitution is, in depth of ALL Amendments, as well as the three branches of Government, checks and balances and how the Government works.
