Give custody rights to unwed fathers, automatically

I feel that unwed fathers should have equal custody to their children, without having to fight for it. The fight for custody should only be when the parent wants to limit the custody of a child for specific reasons. There are too many fathers who are denied the right to see their children because they cannot afford a lawyer. This is not right. A father is just as important as a mother (I am female, and firmly believe this).
