As we all know a part this country was built on the blood sweat and tears of the African slave. . Slavery lasted over a period 245 years.. (50 Generations). The Jewish are compensated for the holocaust which took the lives of millions of there people. African Americans need compensation and here is one example.During those 245 years African Americans were denied the right read and write. Therefore are 245+ years behind in the economical race. College education and post grad education should be free for every descendant of the African slave for the next 245 years. Although my priority stands with post grad education. Determination on who qualifies should be based on a federal system set up like "ancestory.com".
