Give Dharun Ravi a second trial. Some the evidence that were withdraw needs to be opened again

Dharun Ravi is an Asian Indian American and he was not tried fairly. He needs a re-trial with the more evidence. He deserves punishment,but not this harsh. He did not commit a hate crime. He has no intention of that because of his Twitter page.
The definition of Hate Crime in the state of New Jersey is also very vague. By definition, Dharun could also sue some of the CNN users who commented. They said that he should go back to India because he does not belong in America. They have also said that America is for WASPs only. This is also Hate Crime, so if it is common. Why do some get away and others get punished. This injustice must be stopped.
