give diplomat status to all U.S athletes participating in the 2014 Olympics at Sochi Russia.

We need to protect our athletes at the Sochi Olympics. Since they are in effect ambassadors for the U.S. lets give them diplomat status while they are in Russia. Hence we can protect them with diplomatic immunity from the inhumane anti-gay laws of Russia.
