Respectfully requesting the opportunity to use military installations, such as commissaries and PX, for veterans with 50% disability or more. This opportunity will give some veterans to buy food, clothe and other necessary articles at lower prices helping them in this uncertain economy. As of today, retires, active duty, reserved, National Guard and vets with 100% disability can use the facilities. This will be another way to say THANKS to those who served in the military service and because of injuries can not complete 20 years of service or more and can not use military installations around the USA.
