my name is robert hawke and i always trying to get a scooter and one year ago when mess up of everybody melicaid cards and service i was so close of getting me one until you took the rights away from us please give us disable people back on things they need because i really need a scooter it hard for me to walk everywhere and i'm always in my apartment almost everyday so please help us because i really need a scooter and helf of us disable people can't drive any cars or trucks
