The disabled liveing, or the so known advanged people are given a lesser view from others, and the technology given at a price by the people is made by other countries and by signing this bill it would inact the makeing of those technologies given to U.S. peoples and there by makeing it cheaper to the user and less costlier to people that manufacter the device for the custormers of the same country, or we could start exporting so said devices for the disabled. The change would create millions of jobs per state, and the poverty rate we as a nation fight as a nation would go down
