The people of Earth need closure on the increasingly popular topic of the existence of Extraterrestrial Beings and they're involvement of the Evolution of Earth. In 2013 at the WEF conference in Davos, the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev told President Obama that he needs to inform us of the existence of Extraterrestrial Beings or he will do it himself. Since then we have not heard much from the Obama Administration about the topic. Only saying that they do indeed exist. We need to know more about why they continue to visit us and why its being kept secret.
