Dylann Roof committed a horrific crime and was charged with 12 counts of hate crime, 9 counts of murder, 3 counts of attempted murder among others, he still shows no remorse at his crime. This makes him eligible for the death penalty which his state allows and has used. We need to show that psychopathic racists shouldn't have a place in society or a chance for rehabilitation.
