CONGRESS has just said they will spend $17.5 TRILLION on the F-35 Jet.
If we were to instead take that 17.5 Trillion and divide it 313.9 million times we would get 5,416.xx (Rounded).
That means that each US Citizen would get $5,416.xx to do what they will OR we get a new fighter jet that we will never get to see or fly.
Point:
1. There will only be one, how effective will that be in a war?
If we be honest that 17.5 Trillion could pay for a multitude of public services anything from healthcare for a ton of people, scientific study for cancers and other diseases, or Healthy school lunch reform for grade school children.
As a member of society I think I speak for everyone when I say, We would like a bonus now please. $5,416 Bonus.
