Give each and every member of congress a flat 5% pay reduction, and use the funds for the soldiers of the US..

I propose an over the board 5% pay cut for each and every member of congress. the money we save should be used to pay our military what they have been promised. No soldier fighting for this country should ever have to wait or wonder if they are going to get paid or receive the benefits due them.
