Brian Dodd is a Disabled Individual per A.D.A. Brian Dodd was destroyed at Straight, Inc. / DFAF. Straight was shut down, by the Dept. of Chldn. & Famls. & FBI, for insurance fraud & repeat civil & human rights violations. While Brian was falsely imprisoned at Straight, he was sexually assaulted, trafficked, exploited, indentured, beaten daily, restrained, and worse for three years. Brian was kept from all education & normal living. Brian is diagnosed with disabilities causing his vagrancy, education & income & employment loss & worse. Create and ratify the Brian Dodd Act to reconcile his 3 yrs. labor, housing, transportation, owed back-pay, education (learned credits, Harvard Ph.D); give him immunity, identity repair, Presidential Medal of Freedom; & give apology to survivors.
