The profits of large businesses come from the employees who work there, but the majority of the benefit produced by them goes to wealthy investors and corporate executives who are not at all responsible to these workers. For this reason, all corporations with over 500 employees must have at least 1 employee representative on the corporate board, an amount that slowly progresses until by 5,000 employees a company must dedicate 50% of its board seats to employee representatives. If this is done, workers will have the tools necessary to take on the wealthiest in society and earn the salaries, pensions, and lives that they deserve.
