We the People, petition the Trump Administration to issue every American citizen, a small loan of 1,000,000 (million) dollars. This loan will have minimal interest, and will last 20 years, but will both; help balance the budget through interest, as well as give every American, a start at a true American life. Just think of all the money corporations will make, when almost every customer is loaded.
