Whereas trickle down economics has proven to be a failure and whereas government stimulus has repeatedly disappeared into the pockets of the wall street elite It is the duty of the Obama administration to stimulate the economy with a refund of $1,000,000 to each and every U.S. Citizen that has ever paid taxes. This bottom up stimulus will help to eliminate debt and create new business opportunities by those that may not otherwise have such an opportunity. The money will be used to purchase goods in the marketplace thus stimulating the U.S. economy and help grow our middle class again.
