Give a father or mother with a part time or full time job, two weeks paid leave for the birth of a First baby to adjust.

I feel the U.S. needs to join the rest of the countries in providing paid leave to fathers or mothers with a new baby.
It is more often than not that a father will not get that quality bonding time due to the fact he can’t afford, or does not have time available to take off without bringing on hardship by not getting paid for that time off.. No matter if they have a full time job or a part time job, if they are working, they deserve the right to be home to bond and adjust to the new arrival. This petition is for a mother or a father who works full or part time on a regular basis to take two weeks paid time off for the arrival of a new baby. Starting the day the baby is born.
