It's unfair to father's and unborn children for a mother to end a baby's life because of her personal preference and conflict. I'm filing for a compromise that all abortions should require a DNA test of the Father and his signature to be completed no matter the circumstances. However, if a father opposes the abortion against the mother's will the Father takes responsibility of the child.
