GIVE FATHERS A FIGHTING CHANCE ON CHILD SUPPORT AND BRING EQUILIBRIUM TO THE RIGHTS OF MEN AND WOMEN IN TEXAS

Every year there are more and more people being put in jail for not being able to pay child support. Some can't pay because they are unable to get good jobs from being in jail It's how the state of Texas carries out how child support should be ruled. It's unfair to mostly men in this state and requires a second look at how it hurts one American to support more than just a child. The amount of child support increases while incarcerated, umemployed, or going from a good job to a less conventional one. The amounts that are being charged are disproportional to income, always accumulating, and in most cases, more than necessary to sustain health and well-being to a child. Should having irresponsible intercourse be justified? Absolutely not, but neither should the costs that turns us into slaves
