Fathers have no rights in the courts of The United States to see their children. Fathers who want to be in their kids lives are punished. We are forced to jump through hoops at the whim of Judges while the Mother are made to not do anything.
I believe with all of my heart that Fathers should have equal rights when a child is born to see that child without having to hire a lawyer and spend 10 of thousands of dollars and sit in court for years to see his child.
Custody cases clog up the courts and are ripping families apart.
Please help give good fathers the rights to see their children.
