In order to promote healthy and happy employees this petition puts forth the notion that more time spent with family and friends will in turn produce better, more productive employees. Giving Federal employees New Years Eve off as a holiday will allow them to reduce stress and will promote positive relationships with family, friends and co-workers as well.
