give federal licenses, accepted by all states to military personnel for their qualified military jobs to work afterwards

Allow all of our military service workers who train for specific jobs within their units to receive federal government issued licenses for those specific job skills that will be transferable and/or acceptable by all of the states to allow them to work as professionals in the area of their expertise. They should not have to go to school to receive training and acquire a state license for the job they have been doing for the United States government. They are already trained and have proven in their service that they are skilled. Please give them their licences so they can enter the job force without delay.
Hopefully, this will allow our dedicated service people to be able to transition back into society and provide for their personal needs as well as their families with dignity.
