To give felons a 2nd chance to apply for a job and not get turned down because of there past,5 years of clean record

My petition is to give felons a second chane as long as such person has not been incarcerated for at least 5 years to obtain a job, and have advancement within a company, I do belive if this petition were to pass maybe crime would have a big change in numbers throughout the united states.
