Give the first right to us, to buy back our defaulted debts, from our creditors, before they can be sold

We, consumers and legal entities, would like to have the first right, to be able to buy back, our defaulted debts, from our creditors, at the same price that are offered to a third party, like a collection company, We would like to receive a notice from our creditor that the debt will be sold at a certain discounted price, to a certain third party, and informing us that we have 60 days to buy back that defaulted debt at that price. We would like to receive a new notice, each time the third party changes or the debt is resold or the price changes. We would like to receive this notice with certified mail to avoid mis-communication. This practice should reduce the abuse of collection companies and creditors substantially. It will also help consumers and creditors to recover faster.
