We the people of the United States have become accustomed to spending time together with family, friends, and loved ones during major events such as the World Series, World Cup, and Super Bowl. These major sporting events have become known as Americas past time, monumental landmarks for people, business, and sports lovers everywhere. With that being said, it is likely that we should be able to celebrate these events, wether it be going to lunch with your family, or spending time with friends. The day following the Super Bowl, should be considered a day off for k-12 education, university, non federal employment, and congress members. Not only should it be because of how big us Americans see it as, but to show how united out Nation is.
