As the unemployment rate of our country gets higher and higher, with more and more U.S. citizens jobless, they're children, who may be in poverty because of their parents' unemployment, are not getting the education they need and deserve. If the U.S. government gives free community college education to those with a 3.5 GPA or higher, poverty-stricken students can get a higher education and with it, good jobs and wages. This allows our country to flourish with more educated people in occupations as well as decreasing the unemployment rate.
