give funds for extracurricular activities in schools

Dear Mr. President
I am writing this letter to informed you that school regulate extracurricular activities and do not support nor fund classes such as athletics, music, and dance. It is my right believe that students should get a chance to experience and flourish their minds into the captivating world of the arts. Having an open mind would not only benefit the student but also the school and the country. Unique minds would guarantee higher standard at academics and school affiliations. However, this would not only benefit them in their personal life but also in their college life.
