give funds to NASA so we can mine Helium-3 on the moon and use it in a hadron collider.

Dear President Barack Obama, I petition you to allow more funding to NASA. There is massive amounts of Helium-3 on the moon, if it could be mined and brought back to earth, it could be used in fusion and fission, therefore producing more energy. You might ask why? Well, because it is ecologically clean. It is very good for our planet because the atmosphere is getting filled up with CO2. If you dont have the funds, that is okay, you could legalize marijuana in states that can handle it and put a reasonable tax on it, therefore instead of spending money to prevent the usage of marijuana, you will profit from it.
