US Government badly needs to recognize these brightest talent coming to US to get Advance degree(MS/PHD's). These personals have keen desire to utilize their talent to innovate and create jobs as they 80% of them have entrepreneurial spirit and these students are young with sound academics in field of science and engineering. We need to stabilize them as they suffer from Visa/immigration problems. They should concentrate only on their work which involves so they can excel, pay taxes, innovate and then invest money back into economy with their entrepreneurial spirit so that they can create products and services where America produces, export and sells more rather than import and buy. This will create American monopoly in field of technology, manufacturing and logistics & bring US$$ back
