If I as a single mother let my car insurance lapse I get a HUGE charge and court cost. On the second offense I lose my license for a year.. BUT someone charged with DUI in Ky at least can get a hardship license to go to work or drive their kids to an activity??! They endangered everyone's life on the road and I was just in a hard time financially. Give the hardship license to people who aren't criminals or chose to harm someone else!!! It's an injustice!! It needs addressed and is not right!!
