give people who have been in trouble with a the law in the past a second chance. Some people in their early young years mess up and, anything on their record doesnt help them find job or find a place to rent, or be what they wanted to be in life, give us hope to be clean and contribue to american life. Some people change their way of life, staying out of trouble even though damage was done when they where young, and now have a bad record. Give people who have stayed out of trouble for 10 years, a clean record if its not a felony, let crimes earese after 10 years. people do change in this life, but our goverment dosent see that, we only live once, there is people who change and they desrve a second chance to one day have clean records that arent felonies.
