Give the homeless a chance to find a great job that they would be good at, with education and job creating classes.

We need to let the homeless, starving, jobless people on the streets recive an education that they need. There would be a shelter in every state where suffering people could go and get a good education for free as well as help from others to figure out what kind of job they would suceed at. This could help the issue of homelessness, poverty, and job loss.
