Give an hour a day at our local school's

This Petition is intended to help keep our children safe at our local public bus stops and school buildings. After the "Tragedy at Sandyhook" we the citizens of the "United States Of America," should have designated monitors/volunteers or authorized crossing guard/security at our local bus stops and school buildings. Appropriate leave/volunteer hours (state employees) should be able to used by those who are employed for this service. Secondly, we should establish a protocol and drill for a shooting type of emergency similar to those of the fire, earthquake, storm, etc. protocols. By doing so we could secure the safety of our children on the way to school, during school, and after.
