give KRL her gifts of "2 bills" (black portfolios with notes, currency, royalty rights, etc)! 1997 WH/SS sealed in room!

I petition President Obama (November 10, 2015) to present my "gifts" consisting of 2 "bills" (Sealed black portfolios with international notes from other world leaders, US currency, and "other" currency circulated and un-circulated). These gifts of monetary value were collected from Secret Service International from homes of US military, other Secret Service agents, neighbors, family, and friends by 1982/ 1983. This continued throughout the country. This occurred to specific family and friends which I have met/known. The currency included old (100 years +) which were circulated and some were not circulated. In 1997, an officer/ agent of the law informed me that each "bill" was full of monetary value! These gifts should have already been presented to me personally.......
