Over 1,000,000 Americans voted for former Governor Gary Johnson as the Libertarian presidential candidate in the 2012 election. Clearly, there is a growing constituency rooted in a party outside the two parties that have ruled for decades.
Had Gov. Johnson been extended the same exposure via the national debate arena, the voting public would have had the precious opportunity of more awareness of not just the Libertarian party, but of their extended choices.
The 2-party system monopoly on our government must be ended in the name of fairness, choice and inclusion.
