Give the local government's the right to refuse any request from the Westboro Baptist Church to protest.

Give the people of the United States of America a national, democratic, majority rule vote to require the Federal and State governments to allow any and all local governments within the United States the right to vote and implement the results of said vote, without interference from Federal and State governments, to restrict or refuse any and all requests from the Westboro Baptist Church, current and future members, as a whole or individually, the right to protest within said local government's jurisdiction. Therefore allowing the citizens of the United States to overrule the Westboro Baptist Church's right to protest due to the Westboro Baptist Church's violation of others' human rights.
