Off-duty servicemen Spencer Stone and Alek Skarlatos subdued a terrorist on a train in France on 8/21/2015. They deserve the Medal of Honor. Their civilian friend who also subdued the gunman, Anthony Sadler deserves the Presidential Medal of Freedom, as does Frenchman Mark Moogalian and Briton Chris Norman.
