We the people ask of the United States government to stop violating our second amendment rights. Disassociate medical marijuana patients from question 11.e. on ATF form 4473 when purchasing firearms.
Millions of Americans legally take drugs such as alcohol, Xanax, Ritalin, and Oxycontin (just to name a few) which are all either far more addictive or judgement impairing than marijuana, and still, they are able to purchase firearms.
Marijuana has been proven to reduce violent behaviors in users. Therefore, giving otherwise law abiding medical marijuana patients their 2nd amendment rights presents no greater threat to society than any other law abiding gun owner does.
