We, Michael Anthony Wiggs and Austin Kyle Jones, petition that the Obama administration, and future presidents, give us $100,000.000, cash, every year for five years, starting on the 10th of January 2013, with the last payment on the 10th of January 2018, so long as we are able to stay in school sports, have grades of a D or higher in all classes taken and are able to support ourselves at the age of 18.
