The residents of Michigan have been through by far the worst winter ever. Snowfall records have exceeded the all-time record for worst ever. It has been brutally cold ever since November. It is the middle of April and it is still snowing. To give relief to the people of Michigan, I hereby petition the US Federal government and the Obama administration to send some of that 'global warming' stuff that they've been talking about to Michigan. We want it, and after this winter, we need it.
