Give the military and troops projects towards clean energy.

To assist with American dependence on gas and coal allow military projects to be formed in the creation of green infrastructure. Instead of investing efforts into operations such as the Keystone Pipeline to protect our need of energy, give troops a chance to build and collaborate at home while investing for the future. American soil has many deserts, which could provide for a training ground in foreign wars, but still utilize troops with a sense of purpose by supporting American civilization. Troops could build solar farms all throughout western America which would in turn protect the environment, reduce pollution, and give more jobs. Perhaps the military could invest in its own green sector which would specifically look for ways to protect the environment - which in turn will protect us.
