1-Gives retirement to military personnel that is the same as all other federal organizations after 10 years of service to prevent fear of retribution for reporting crimes of the military. All of the military personnel are afraid to report crimes and be whistleblowers because they will lose 20 years of retirement benefits if they say or do anything.
2-Enact civil and criminal penalties for losers that fire or force mental evaluations on Whistle Blowers and Crime Victims.
