Give more funding to the U.S. Civil Air Patrol in order to better accomplish missions such as Search and Rescue.

Created by J.K. on January 31, 2014

The U.S. Civil Air Patrol is a non-profit organization with three missions: Cadet Programs, Aerospace Education, and Emergency Services. Without the correct funding, we cannot properly perform any of these missions. I am involved more heavily in the Emergency Services aspect, in which I am a Ground Team Member and Medical Response Member. The point of emergency services is to better prepare our generation for disasters and such. Our emergency services program has been dwindling down, and cadets are having to pay more and more out of their own pocket to get basic training that was once free. I propose more funding given so that the Civil Air Patrol can accomplish our three missions.
