Give more grants and federal student loans to American born students than to students who come from another Country.

We should give more American born students more grant/college funding than we give to students who come only to the United States to go to school. These people should not even be eligible to apply for a Student Grant or Federal college loans/money. They should have to prove their parents income just as all American citizens do. I don't think it is fair that someone from another country can get more money for college than our own children especially when a lot of these kids come from wealthy parents who can afford to pay for their college. If they can afford to send them to America for school they should be able to pay for their schooling.
